I grew up watching my mom teach fitness. I loved seeing her serve others while making them feel good about themselves! So, I got my degree in Exercise Science. Years later, I danced professionally in the NFL, broadened my certifications and became a mom of three. But, I never really found my “sweet spot” until I learned to balance nutrition, fitness and recovery. Through focus groups and research, I’ve found that traditional strength training combined with my love for Pilates and barre equals a healthy, happy body that will serve us well.
